Welcome Mr. Tom Leb!

We are pleased to announce Mr. Tom
Leb has joined Engineered Lifting Systems as a Customer Service
Representative.
Tom is a 2005 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia. He
came to us from the Automotive Industry, already with a useful
knowledge of maintenance. Tom and his family are from South St.
Louis. Tom enjoys golf, music, playing the guitar, and of course
cars.
Tom’s focus will be to provide “front line” help to ELS customers,
answering the phone for normal and emergency needs for crane parts
or service. He will work directly with Dane Vance in Service,
helping Dane with scheduling and some project management.
Now many of you might be wondering about Mike Flagg. Mike has
decided to improve our Sales Department by moving over to a sales
position. Not to worry, Mike will be providing training to Tom over
the next months, working shoulder to shoulder with Tom. We know Tom
will provide the same level of service you have come to expect from
Mike.
