Two of three 50-ton double girder top running bridge cranes installed for machining operations. These cranes feature Enrange radio remote control, 10-ton auxiliary hoists for load rotation, and Magnetek variable frequency drives for all motions.

20-ton double girder top running bridge crane with two special 10-ton Ace World trolley units. Each trolley has one hoist with two 5-ton bottom blocks to allow the customer critical handling of their product. Full front platform, Telemotive radio remote control, and all motions using Magnetek variable frequency drive control. Class D service

15-ton double girder top running bridge crane with two 7-1/2 ton Ace World trolley/hoist units. This crane is used in a steel supply warehouse and has a cab or Telemotive radio control, high speeds on all motions, Magnetek variable frequency drive controls. Bridge and Trolleys are Class D, Hoist units are Class E rated

30-ton double girder top running bridge crane with auxiliary 10-ton hoist and trolley. Crane has a full front platform, is cab on trolley and radio controlled, all Magnetek controls, Ace World hoists and trolleys. Hoists and Bridge drives exceed the requirements for Class E service, Trolleys are Class D rated.

55-ton double girder top running bridge crane for Class D steel service center application. Crane features cab on trolley, full front platform, centralized lubrication, rotating bottom block, and bogie end-truck arrangement. Ace World trolley hoists with all Magnetek controls

Two 25-ton double girder top running bridge cranes with complete runways and concrete footings. These cranes have all variable frequency control, can lift in tandem, radio control, and use Ace World trolley hoists. Class D service

10-ton single girder top running bridge crane with runways and footing design. This crane has all VFD control and a Yale wire rope hoist for coil handling. Class D service

This is a 10-ton “Monobox” single girder top running bridge crane with Yale wire rope hoist unit. All variable frequency control, Telemotive radio control, and true vertical lift for a machine shop application. Class C rated.

10-ton double girder top running bridge crane with special underhung trolley hoist. 2-speed hoist control with variable frequency trolley and bridge provides excellent spotting control for this fabrication/assembly plant. Engineered Lifting provided and installed the runway system also.

3-ton single girder under running bridge crane. This is a very straight forward crane with VFD bridge, single speed trolley and 2-speed hoist. Class C service

One of four 10-ton Special headroom single girder top running bridge cranes with 500’ long runway and foundation design with installation. This is a custom runway with staggered columns that are completely free-standing to straddle plastic injection molding machines. Trolley and bridge motions are Magnetek variable frequency control, hoists are 2-speed, all controlled via Telemotive telePendant radio remote control. Class C service

Two of three 25-ton double girder top running bridge cranes with Ace World trolley/hoists. All motions Magnetek variable frequency controls, Telemotive radio remote control, Class D service for a Midwest steel service center with 24 hour operations.

25-ton double girder top running bridge crane with Ace World trolley/hoist unit providing Class D service for this metals supply center. All Magnetek controls, MLTX Telemotive radio remote control, conductor reel for grab power, and (3) 400 watt metal halide lamps.
